We had Thanksgiving this year with my family/Westenskow side of the family. It was fun seeing everyone for a little while and enjoying some yummy food!
After that, everyone went home and my mom and I slept for a few hours before heading to Salt Lake for the craziest shopping day of the year...BLACK FRIDAY! I always love doing this with my mom! We always have so much fun together and when we're deliriously tired it's even more fun! We got everything we wanted and more, as usual!
When we were finished with our shopping adventure we went and woke Jes and Austen up to come to breakfast with us at I-HOP!
After breakfast we went back to my grandma's house for some much needed sleep! We planned on taking my little cousins to go see the movie "Tangled" and couldn't get tickets until a late afternoon showing so we were able to sleep longer than originally planned, which was fantastic! After getting a good snooze in we got ready and headed to the movie with these 3 adorable girls!
We went to "The District" theatre (which I hadn't ever been to and REALLY like! It's a very nice theatre!). I came to the realization while watching this movie with these 3 little girls that once I have kids I will NEVER see a full movie in a theatre again! I thought that I saw most of the movie but when Marcel and I saw it again a few weeks later, I found out that between bathroom runs and seat changes I missed quite a bit of it! It was fun though and we all loved the movie!
After the movie we took the girls home, picked up Austen from hanging out with the boy cousins, and headed home with our Black Friday treasures! I can't wait until next year :) !
